My order did not arrive, what should I do?Delivery to the address you specify for your orders; It takes 1-4 business days after the product is shipped. If you cannot be at your address on the day of arrival, a notification note will be left at your door by the cargo company. Your package will be kept at the cargo company's branch for 3 business days for you to receive it. Your shipments that are not received within 3 business days will be returned to Zaykajeans. For your products that have reached us, we will contact you and send them again on your behalf. If you cannot be contacted, your order will be canceled and the price of your order will be refunded to you in the same way as you paid.

Is shipping free?Shipping is free for orders of 500 and above, but if you order with the cash on delivery option, 20 TL cash on delivery fee will be added to the total amount. After adding the products to your cart, you can see the shipping costs at the last stage.

When will my cargo arrive?After the product is shipped, delivery is usually made within 1-2 business days. Depending on the distance, delivery time may take up to 2-5 days. Delivery time is longer in mobile areas. To avoid any disruption in delivery, you can track your cargo with your cargo tracking number and get detailed information about its current status and whereabouts. Cargo companies do not work on Sundays and public holidays. For this reason, orders placed on public holidays are shipped on the first business day after the end of the holiday. Cargo companies have difficulties in distribution due to excessive density on special days such as New Year's Eve, Holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day. Therefore, in order to receive your orders without any problems on special days, please order 2-3 days in advance and do not leave your orders until the last minute.

How can I track my cargo?Once your Yurtiçi Cargo shipment number is entered into the system, this number will automatically be sent to you via e-mail. With this shipment number, you can track your cargo on the cargo company's website and get information about the distribution process. You can see the branch and phone number that will deliver your cargo to you. Tracking your cargo will prevent possible problems and delays in delivery. For example, you may not have received your cargo because it arrived when you were not at the address. In such cases, your cargo will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch. You can pick up your order yourself from the branch within 3 business days.

When orders placed with cash on delivery are returned to the sender without being delivered to the recipient, your order will be canceled through the system. 2.
